Milla Lewis (b. 1997, UK) is a filmmaker and photographer whose work focuses on the intersection of history, memory and myth. She graduated with a First Class (Hons) degree in Photography from the University of Brighton, where she won the Award of Excellence from Nagoya University of the Arts and was Runner Up for the PhotoWorks Graduate Award (2019).

Milla's work explores the space between the body and the landscape, a relationship formed by natural, cultural, mythological and personal experience, often focusing on social issues including migration, trauma memory and sexual politics. 

She is the current recipient of the one-year Directing Mentorship Programme at the Polish National Film School in Łódź (2021/22).
